How expensive are beginner dance and swimming lessons?

I’m a teenager who wants to learn to swim and dance, but I don’t know how expensive lessons would be. For dance, I would want to take beginner ballet classes, just for fun to learn a little. For swimming, I would just want to take beginner classes on stuff like basic strokes and breathing, and try to work on building up swimming strength throughout the year. I know that prices are different depending on where you go, but what would you say the average prices would be?

What kind of flowers are good to plant during the summer?

Lately I’ve been at home bored when I’m not at work and I want something to do to keep my occupied, so I was thinking of planting some flowers. What kind of flowers are good to plant during the summer months (considering the hot weather and such). I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth are of Texas if that helps. They will be in the shade of a tree but at some point during the day might get direct sunlight. I want colorful flowers but am not sure which will work… Thanks!

How long should it take for normal hearing to return after a loud concert?

I attended a loud rock concert 5 days ago now. Following the concert I had tinnitus in both ears and trouble hearing. Normal (or seemingly normal) hearing returned to my right ear after about two days. However my left ear still has ringing, and sounds are extremely muffled. Is it normal for it to take so long for hearing to recover? What are the chances that I’m facing permanent damage?

What flowers/plants to plant between now and the fall in Wisconsin?

We just moved and there is no type of landscaping in the yard. I would like to plant some flowers or flowering shrubs in the front and back. The front gets quite a bit of sun and the back is pretty shady. I am in Kenosha, which is southeastern Wisconsin, in the MidWest. I really like hydrangeas and dahlias, but don’t know anything about planting, care, etc. Please any advice for an extreme novice on a budget. Thanks a lot!

Is it possible to grow flowers from the flowers itself?

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and as they are slowly dying off, I was wondering if I could somehow plant them in the ground, and have it grow into a plant. After all, flower seeds come from flowers, right?

What are swimming requirements in high school?

If a high school has swimming as a requirement for graduation, what are the exact swim skills students need to demonstrate? Is it some basic strokes and ability to swim the length of the pool and back? Is diving a requirement? I know that is will vary from school to school, I’m only trying to get a general idea of how much swimming/diving students are expected to master before graduation. If you are responding with the swim requirements of a particular high school or school district, it would be great if you can mention which state the school is located in.

My aunt is very hard of hearing even with her hearing aids. When I call her she can not hear me. So I need a phone for her that has caller ID and where she can hear me.
